Southern Collective Spirit Company does not have its own distillery, yet the team certainly leaves its own mark on the final products. And even more so, you as a visitor can too, by tasting whiskeys directly from the cask and creating a personalized blend, fully tailored to your taste. And then also with a handwritten label and your own name on it.
We had read about this collective before and were somewhat skeptical based on the stories: can it really be this good? When we had the opportunity to taste several bottlings at a drinks fair, we were immediately convinced: it really is that good. So good, in fact, that we decided to release our inaugural Spirits4all bottling from this brand.
