A brand that intrigues solely due to its unique story. And of course, you can’t drink that, but fortunately, it doesn’t stop there: the whiskeys are just as remarkable.
We had heard about the brand before. When we actually tasted the River Aged bourbon and rye ourselves, we knew for sure: we must add this brand to our portfolio! First of all, the story is truly special, even unique in the world: Ingram produces whiskey that fully matures in floating warehouses on the Mississippi River. The constant movement, combined with the different temperature and humidity, gives the ‘River-Aged’ whiskeys from this company an unmistakable character of their own.
We have chosen to import the bourbon and the rye for now.
The bourbon is not too (classically) sweet, the rye not too (classically) spicy.
