Ironroot Distillery has been at the top of our ‘wish list’ for years: partly due to the friendship with the owners (the Likarish family), but mainly because of the unparalleled quality of their products. It is no wonder they win award after award with them. We are incredibly proud to be the first importer outside the US to exclusively carry this brand.
Since its founding, the company has employed a grain-to-glass approach with local, non-GMO grains and Scottish pot still distillation. The maturation method (élevage) is derived from French brandy traditions and helps the whiskeys mature well in the hot Texas climate. The keyword for the Ironroot products, in our opinion, is balance (and quality, of course).
